Ikan Kembong Masak Gulai Asam
















Bahan-Bahan:

- Ikan Kembong (option berapa ekor)
- 1 biji bawang besar dikisar
- sedikit belacan secukup rasa (dikisar)
- satu sudu makan cili kering kisar
- 2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit atau kunyit hidup (dikisar)
- 1 batang serai (dititik)
- daun kesum
- 3 keping asam gelugor
- 2 biji tomato dihiris 4
- garam dan gula secukup rasa

Cara-Cara:
- campurkan semua bahan-bahan tersebut dalam satu periuk bersama air paras ikan atau lebih (jika mahu kuah byk)
- masak hingga didih n cukup rasa garam & gulanya.. :)
